Today is the longest day yet. I do the usual day shift. But tonight I’m closing with Rachel. Rachel is awesome. The studios close at 1 am! But I think I can wing it. I’m discovering I’m going to have to return to my 6 hour sleep cycle.

At lunch I helped with counting meal tickets and putting up the truck. I haven’t done that in a while.
I then helped organize & clean the metals studio storage closet. I hope we made it self-explanatory. We also labeled, and sorted the acid & flammables cabinets. I still can’t get over all the spiders and cobwebs around here. Seems to be a never ending battle.

Tonight I lucked out of announcing presenters and demos. But tomorrow I have to give a two minute speech on my portfolio. ACK! I wish I had my updated images. I’ll wing it, which is unlike me, but I’ll give it my best shot. Two minutes is two minutes long enough. The one thing I need to remember is that my portfolio helped me get here.
One cool thing tonight was seeing James Obermeier’s demo on silver ingots. I’ll give more info and photos later.
